This complies with the Work at Height Regulations and protects everyone working at roof level. We do not offer roofing scaffolds without edge protection under any circumstances.
A typical residential roofing scaffold covering one or two elevations can be erected in a day. Full four-elevation wraps on larger properties generally take one to two days depending on building size and access conditions. We schedule erection so the scaffold is ready the day before your roofer is due to start, giving time for our handover inspection.
Yes. Many properties across our coverage area sit on sloping sites where one elevation is significantly taller than another. We use adjustable base jacks, additional standards and staircase configurations to achieve level platforms regardless of ground gradient. Our experience with fell-side and hillside properties across the Lake District means sloping sites are routine for us.
Yes — we provide scaffolding for single-elevation, two-elevation or full-wrap configurations depending on the scope of your roof work. If only one side of the roof needs attention, we’ll erect scaffold to that elevation only, keeping costs proportionate to the work being carried out. We can always extend coverage if additional work is identified once the roofer is on site.
