Scaffold towers must be erected on level or near-level ground to be safe. Where the ground surface is uneven, we use adjustable screw legs on the base plates to level the tower and correctly level the working platform. Significant changes in ground level across the tower footprint may require additional base preparation before the tower can be safely erected. We assess the ground conditions at every site before erecting any tower scaffold.
